Apart from Automobile products the company also has family entertainment centre known as Runway 9. It is the largest go-karting track in India. Runway 9 started in the year 1999 also has other facilities

Job Details:
1.Proper greeting of customer in showroom or field areas
2.The Sales Consultant is to sell new vehicles as optional extras, accessories, financial services,
Insurance.
3.Able to relate features to advantages and benefits for customers
4.Provide estimation of product sales process (lead time for product arrival)
5.Perform dynamic demonstration/ test drive with planned route and professionalism
6.Based on needs analysis, recommend a product that meets requirements
7.Preparation of vehicle deliver documentation
8.Inspect vehicle and confirm delivery time with customer
9.Collect customer feedback on the overall sales experience and document it in DMS
10..Keep track record of walk in, telephone enquiry of customers and prospect
11.Continuous maintenance of customer relationship by regular contacts to customers,
invitation of customers to events, mailing of company magazine, offer of assistance
(e.g. for service bookings, etc.)
