The company thereafter took up dealership of Honda and Volkswagen in 2010, 2011, 2015 respectively. The Mody Group is known as a Customer oriented and employee driven organization. Apart from Automobile products the company also has family entertainment centre known as Runway 9. It is the largest go-karting track in India. Runway 9 started in the year 1999 also has other facilities

Job Details:
1.Develop and implement a mechanism to capture customer feedback at various stages in sales
process (like test drive feedback, feedback on overall sales experience etc.)
2. Capture customer feedback post-delivery through feedback form and analyse the customer feedback.
3.Update customer follow-up’s in DMS
4.Communication to all the customers through telephone, direct mailer on all CRM activities
5.Provide feedback to sales department on customer complaints or any other issues
6.Check in DMS whether all the mandatory fields are recorded.
7.Develop counter measure to eliminate negative feedback from customers in future
8.Conduct post sales follow-up to capture customer feedback in case if customer has not yet returned the feedback form
