Job Details:
• Build Strong relationship with the customers and securing long-term business.
• Dealing with dissatisfied customers and managing complaints.
• Manage mechanics, electricians, service advisors and others in the workshop.
• Manage the work force and maintain discipline in the workshop.
• Responsible for effective functioning of the workshop.
• Responsible for increase in SSI scores.
• Reviewing monthly profit performance.
• Ensuring After sales department achieve its targets.
• Planning marketing events and campaigns.
• Supporting team members in achieving their goals.
• Directing team members on day to day enquiries.
• Increase overall workshop performance and efficiency.
• Increase service absorption ration – workshop profitability.
• Achieve budgeted revenue on labor revenue and spare parts consumption.
• Monitor vehicle reporting to workshop.
• Plan and implement various services promoting activity.
• Maintain and manage a daily record of repairs and services of vehicles undertaken and completed.
• Handle and manage softly the minor complaints and irritants with the customers.
• Educate customers on maintaining their vehicles free from troubles and problems.
• Supervise, manage and monitor automotive service technicians and repairers.
• Handle customer inquiries and respond to their needs in a cool, courteous and prompt manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level through effective services and repairs.
