Job Details:
Planning
? Supporting the dealership in planning issues relevant to Vehicle Sales, in particular with regard to
volume planning and profitability
? Defining product-wise targets for each Sales executive and achieve the target
? Defining market goals for exclusively product-wise vehicle sales, coordinating these with
performance targets stipulated by management and drawing up a marketing plan
Marketing
? Developing, agreeing on, communicating and ensuring correct implementation of guidelines for
vehicle
? Observing market price developments of competitors for the Vehicles
? Observing development of the market share and, if necessary, initiating measures to correct this
? Planning, carrying out and evaluating sales promotion measures
? Planning and managing/involvement in events
? Planning and managing/involvement in customer loyalty activities
? Ensuring demonstration vehicles and display vehicles have fittings appropriate to the market /
involvement therein
? Establishing and fostering contacts to decision-makers and spokespeople, as well as contacting and
looking after VIP and major customers after reaching prior agreements with company management
/ with Marketing
Operative Management
? Ensuring consistent utilization off all product specific queries
? Ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of these customer contacts
? Ensuring that product display requirements are met either through demonstrator units or through
display units
? Ensuring company’s sales staff are aware of the status of the product ordering process
? Organizing regular updates on product enhancements / changes for the Sales team
? If necessary, making decisions on issues regarding prices and conditions raised by Manufacturer’s
sales staff
? Ensuring Manufacturer’s sales standards are met
? Ensuring all Manufacturer’s services are actively on offer
Quality Management
? Ensuring processes are defined and upheld and optimizing processes in Sales unit after prior
agreement with company management
? Ensuring all potential high net worth customers are approached and handled with the same level of
expectation desired by the customers with regard to product and services
? Setting an example in terms of friendliness and style of dealing with customers
? Ensuring customer wishes are dealt with and fol
